High-Ticket Closer

We’re looking for a Sales Closer to grow with us at our branding studio, Azori®. This is an independent contractor role with commission-based pay. Perfect for someone driven and confident in sales who wants to represent high-end branding offers, connect with inspiring entrepreneurs, and earn uncapped income while helping ambitious clients step into their next level.

About the role

Hourly Rate

As this is an independent contractor role, you’ll be responsible for your own tax/NI. The position is commission-only at 10% per closed sale, with our high-ticket offers ranging from $8,000 to $40,000. This means each successful sale can earn you between $800 and $4,000+, with no cap on earnings. Commission is paid monthly upon invoice, following client payment.

Work Hours

This role doesn’t follow a fixed schedule. Instead, your hours will flow with the rhythm of our sales pipeline. On average, expect 20–30 hours per month between calls, follow-ups, and client communications.

Some weeks may be busier depending on launches, events, or campaign activity, and as we grow, this baseline is expected to increase.

Studio
Location

This is a remote role. Our studio is based in the UK, but we work with clients across the globe, so your location isn’t a barrier. The role is fully virtual, with sales calls typically held online. If you’re UK-based, there may occasionally be opportunities to join us for in-person projects or team days, but this is by no means required.

We’re an ambitious creative studio with big plans ahead. As we continue to grow our client base and expand our programmes, there’s huge potential to scale with us. This role has  room to evolve, with increasing opportunities as our offers and reach expand.

Lead follow-up:

Engaging with inbound leads, responding to enquiries, and building genuine connections.

Sales calls:

Running discovery and closing calls with potential clients who are interested joining us.

Relationship building:

Nurturing prospects through thoughtful communication that reflects our brand values.

Pipeline management:

Keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and call outcomes so nothing slips through the cracks.

Offer knowledge:

Gaining deep understanding of our offers so you can speak with authority and clarity.

Objection handling:

Addressing questions or concerns confidently, guiding prospects to the right decision.

Results reporting:

Sharing insights on calls, conversion rates, and feedback so we can refine and grow together.

We’re looking for someone confident, professional, and impact-driven. Not the pushy, hard-sell type. You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and the discipline to follow up with potential clients while staying organised and on top of calls. Reliability, resourcefulness, and being proactive are a given, along with your own laptop or computer (we’re Mac lovers, but it’s not a dealbreaker).

We’ve worked with global brands, industry experts, and even celebrities through our two signature offers. The Million Dollar Brand Makeover is our full, done-for-you experience that covers everything from brand strategy and design to photoshoots, websites, and social media templates. The BrandMe Programme is the self-led version, designed for entrepreneurs who want to build their own brand with our guidance. The Practical Details

How We’ll Work Together

Start date

We’d love someone to start as soon as possible, but more important than speed is finding the right fit for our team.

Contractor Agreement

We keep things clear and simple: before starting, you’ll be asked to sign our contractor agreement so expectations are set out for everyone.

Trial Period

To start, we’ll have a 3-month trial period. It’s a chance for both sides to see how we work together, test the sales process in action, and make sure it feels like the right fit. You’ll get to experience our offers and clients, while we see your sales style in action.

Communication & collaboration

You’ll work closely with both Pascale (Creative Director) and Kate (Brand Strategist), collaborating on lead flow, client handovers, and sales strategy. We’ll keep things simple with clear processes and regular check-ins via Notion, WhatsApp, and Google Meet to make sure you always have the information and support you need to succeed.

Professionalism & confidentiality

In this role, you’ll often be handling sensitive information. From client details to contracts and pricing. We ask for complete discretion and professionalism in how this is managed, and you may be required to sign an NDA.
